Lysophospholipid is a partially hydrolyzed soybean phospholipid (enzymatic) that is prepared by removing a molecular acid chain. Relative to the common phospholipids, lysophospholipids have a stronger hydrophilic, oil-in-oil emulsifying effect is also better.
